We prepare a custom proposal for each client based on their needs from day of coordination to full-scale planning. Each proposal includes our Essentials Package that can be used as a starting point which offers our minimum services; from there we are more than happy to customize a package to fit your needs. Here are a few of the services included in our Essentials Package:

  • From the day you book we are available for any advice or questions via e-mail or phone
  • Suggest vendors that best fit your needs and budget
  • Double check any vendor contracts
  • Provide a detailed timeline from the beginning of the day to the end
  • Create room layouts for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
  • Vendor coordination about 2 weeks prior to your event to confirm all details
  • Set-up any décor you will be providing for the wedding (table numbers, place cards, guest book, toasting flutes, etc.)
  • Rehearsal coordination and ceremony logistics
  • Day of wedding coordination (we will be the first vendor to arrive and the last to leave)
